The island town of Enniskillen, which is only seven miles
from Innish Beg Cottages, Blaney, offers ideal shopping and
a lively night live with its many pubs and restaurants. Castle
Hume with its excellent 18 hole golf course is situated about
3 miles from Innish Beg, so your companions need never be
bored as they can enjoy beautiful walks on our land or go
cycling , boating or just relax in the peaceful surroundings.

Our new programme of relaxation offers you the chance to
experience the benefits of Yoga, reflexology and Indian Head
Massage.
Yoga in Practice
Anyone who has a desire for a healthier more fulfilled lifestyle
can practise Yoga. The Yoga postures exercise every part of
the body, stretching and toning muscles, joints, the spine
and the entire skeletal system.
Massage
This tones the whole body - the circulation of blood and nutrients,
the elimination of waste products, the tone of the muscles,
tissues and internal organs, the nervous system all benefit.
As a result, the tense body relaxes and the tired body is
refreshed.
Healthy Eating
To enable complete relaxation, we can offer you the choice
of good healthy food or if you wish self-catering is available.

Painting Breaks
Our tutor is local artist Claudia Heuser , who was born in
Leverkusen, Germany,but has been living in Ireland for the
past 3 years. She has a studio in Enniskillen, at the local
Buttermarket with its many arts and craft studios. As well
as teaching the techniques of silk painting and watercolours
, she also creates her own masterpieces.
Claudia specialises in painting natural objects, such as
plants and flowers, but she also paints landscapes and she
loves teaching her skills to other people. This activity is
also very suitable for families with children, as there are
plenty of things to do, if the young artists get tired of
painting. Special reduced rate for children available.
